Mark Mittelberg

Mark Mittelberg is the Executive Director of the Lee Strobel Center for Evangelism and Applied Apologetics and is a founding board member of Lee Strobel Ministries.

Mr. Mittelberg was a staff pastor at Willow Creek Community Church from the early 90's and was their director of evangelism, and later he was also in an executive position at Willow Creek Association, now called Global Leadership Network. In 1994 he and Bill Hybels published a runaway bestselling book on evangelism entitled "Becoming A Contagious Christian", which went with a training course of the same name developed by Mr. Mittelberg which according to Amazon has been used by nearly 2 million people.

In the acknowledgements for his follow-up book entitled "Becoming a Contagious Church", Mr. Mittelberg wrote "Bill Hybels, for your support, the ministry opportunities you've opened for me, your modeling of a contagious Christian life, as well as the several messages used in this book."
